Frequently asked questions.

Question 1

How do I connect my account to Ulter?

After signing up and logging in to Ulter, you will be automatically redirected to the connection screen.

If you want to connect Strava: click "Connect with Strava" and authorise access. Your activities will be downloaded automatically.

If you want to connect intervals.icu: click "Connect with intervals.icu" and authorise access. Your activities will be downloaded automatically.

⚠️ Important for intervals.icu: If the activities you've uploaded to intervals.icu come from Strava and not from an original device (such as a watch or cycling computer), the synchronisation will not work correctly. For the best experience, make sure your activities are uploaded directly from your devices.

Once authorised, you only need to do this once.

Question 2

Is my data private?

Yes. Each athlete can only see their own data. Ulter does not share any information with third parties or use it for commercial purposes. Data is stored encrypted on European servers. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

Question 3

How do I delete my account and all my data?

You can delete your account at any time from within the app: go to the sidebar and click "Delete my account". All data is deleted immediately and irreversibly. To revoke intervals.icu access, contact us by email.

Question 4

My activities are missing or out of date — what should I do?

New activities sync automatically when you upload them to intervals.icu. If an activity is missing, wait a few minutes and reload the app. If the problem persists, contact us at info@ulter.cc with the activity name and date.

Question 5

What activity types does Ulter support?

Ulter is optimised for cycling activities (Ride, VirtualRide, EBikeRide, GravelRide). Advanced metrics — stop detection, per-day analysis, 24h projection — are designed specifically for ultra-distance events. Activities without GPS are loaded in summary mode, without map or timeline.
